Dear Manuel, I must write to thank you on such a FANTASTIC job you did on my bathroom, the tile work is absolutely gorgeous.

Living in a condo, most work that is done which has the responsibility of the board paying is usually performed by inferior and less expensive contractors (at least in our case), which, as you know, was the case on the tile on the floor. Due to the flaws in the tile work by the previous contractor, I was forced to seek out a better alternative. I was apprehensive at first finding you through the Pennysaver until I spoke with one of your previous clients. As you also know, since I have multiple investment properties and having a history in construction myself, I am very accustomed to hiring various contractors but never from the Pennysaver. However, I decided you give you a chance and I must say; it was probably one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. You are not a contractor but a true artisan.

You are ALWAYS on time, meticulous in you work, take great measure to keep the surrounding areas clean, pays extreme attention to the most minute of details and employs a pricing structure found on contractors with only a fraction of your talent. More importantly, tile work which is usually considered a specialty field is just one small aspect of what you can do.

Rest assured that when ANY work that needs a specialist must be performed, you will be among the first that I will be calling. My only regret is that when more people hear about you and your quality, you won’t have enough time to service everyone. Thanks again for such a terrific job.

I highly recommend anyone to use Manuel Paint who is a master painter. I had him paint my three bedrooms and bathroom and he was fantastic. Not a drop of paint was spilled. He moved all my furniture for the painting and returned everything to their original place and all the painting was done in a timely manner.
I the had Mr. Manuel,P powerwash and apply clear stain to my cedar siding. Again all the work was done extremely well in a timely manner.
His work is excellent and his work ethic is superb. He is extremely reliable and honest.
